Siwak, John (Jack) Julian
Peacefully at Macassa Lodge on August 25th 2010 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Doreen (Humphries) for 57 years. Loved by his children, grandchildren and great grandson. Sheree and Robert Wheat (Zachary and Sabrina, Gillian and G.G. son Ray who gave his papa high fives and a smile on his face). Colleen Goldberg and Robert Spruytte, Gary and Nancy Siwak (Michael, Nathan, Tamara, Cathrine). Jack is survived by his sisters Martha Hollick and Josie Labenski, sister-in-law Louise Siwak, all of Dundas and brother Bert Siwak of Warren, Michigan. Predeceased by his brothers Victor, Arthur, Edward, Joseph, Stan and brothers-in-law Joe and Steve and sister-in-law Mary. Thanks to all the support staff and residents on C3W at Macassa Lodge for your friendship and kindness, you made a difficult time easier. A private family burial at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens has taken place. Donations to The Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
Across the years, I will walk with you in deep green forest, on shores of sand and when my time on Earth through then too, you will have my hand.
