Smith, Shirley Jean (nee Mullins)

After a courageous fight Shirley passed away with family by her side on November 4, 2017 at the Juravinski Hospital at the age of 56. Cherished daughter of Anna Moser and the late Gerald. Loving mother of Gabrielle and Sabrina and their father, John and his daughter, Jolene. Treasured sister of Sylvia(Mark), Judy(Raymond), and Barb. Best friend of Teresa Breau. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Shirley will always be remembered for her care and compassion to her clients and staff at Fabutan, Centennial Pkwy. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 7 East Avenue S., on Wednesday November 8, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral home Chapel on Thursday November 9, 2017 at 12 p.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ninth Life Cat Rescue.
