Adam passed away suddenly, at home, on Oct. 15th, 2022. He was 45. Predeceased by his devoted parents Rod and Josie; He was greatly loved, and will be missed by his brother Michael, and all his friends and cousins in Canada and the UK; especially Yvette.
Adam was an Autistic man and lived for many years with Rygiel Homes. The Phillips Family is very grateful to the management and caring staff at Rygiel for providing loving support and hospice to Adam for all that time.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation and Memorial service will be held at PX Dermody Funeral Homes, 796 Upper Gage Ave (between Fennell and Mohawk) on Sunday October 30th from 1-2pm followed by a service at 2pm.
