It is with great sadness but loving memories that we announce the passing into Gods Hands our beloved mother Alice Teresa Baker in her 94 th year on Tuesday May 18, 2021.
Predeceased by her husband of 49 years Jack (2001), her parents Thomas & Victoria Lenski, brothers Walter, Louie (Mary, Lisa), sisters Julie (Harry Newton), Mary (John Pokswyka) and many brother and sister in laws. Surviving with many loving memories are daughter Debra Puhl (Darvin) son David (Nadeene) nieces Judy Duff-Newton , Louise Kunkle ( Frank) . Grandmother to Bradley (Megan), Rebecca (George), Amanda (Lake), Courtney (Dan), Kyle (Brittney), Todd, Tiffany, Great Grandmother to Landon, Jack, Haze, Cobain, Riley and Sarah
Retiring after 40 years as manager of Fay Jackson's Ladies Apparel were she had many friends and acquaintances, a member of St. Eugene's Catholic Church, past president of the Over 50 Euchre Club. She enjoyed an active life of travel and spending time with family and friends. Spending her last years as a member of Amica Stoney Creek she enjoyed an active social life and loving circle of friends. A special thank you to the nurses and doctors of St. Joseph Hospital Palliative Team who made her as comfortable as possible. At her request cremation will have taken place and due to present restrictions, a Celebration of Life Mass at St. Eugene's Parish Church will take place in the near future, date to be announced.
