Patti Duckworth (nee Cummins)
May 25, 1959 - May 19, 2021
It is with great sadness that the family announces Patti’s peaceful passing on May 19, 2021 at Bob Kemp Hospice, at the age of 61.
Predeceased by her parents Vern (1985) and Marg (2019) Cummins. Loving wife of Matt, his daughter Chelsea and Mum to her ‘fur baby’ Corky. Caring sister of Dave (Lori), Nancy and Roni (Dave). Auntie Pat will be lovingly remembered by Ryan (Kristy), Matthew (Hannah), Daniel (Xiaolong), Michael (Ama) and Patrick (Natalia). Recently, Great Auntie Pat welcomed two new blessings to the family - Mila and Thomas.
Our family is grateful for the loving care, kindness and comfort everyone at Bob Kemp Hospice provided for Patti and our family. Thank you for your compassion at our time of sorrow. A private family service has taken place.
