KINGSTON, Peter

Passed away on July 28, 2021 at the age of 69 years after a short illness. Survived by his mother Lou Kingston (nee Audette) of Chelmsford, his daughter Brandi Cochrane of Pembroke, his brother Ronald (Nancy) of Hamilton, his sister Jo-Anne (Roger) of Chelmsford, his grandchildren Ayden and Kenadee of Pembroke, his nephews Steven (April) of Sudbury, Bryan of Hamilton, Jordan of Guelph, and his long-time friends Tom and Bev Penny of Hamilton. Also survived by his two aunts Anita Bilodeau of Haileybury and Gisele Pickard of Cobalt, and numerous cousins. Predeceased by his father Orval (Red) Kingston and his infant granddaughter Alex, his maternal grandparents Pete and Eva Audette of Cobalt, and his paternal grandparents Ernie and Ada Kingston of Toronto.

Born in Cobalt, Ontario, in May 1952, moved to Chelmsford, Ontario in 1957 and then Hamilton in the early 70’s. Peter was a retired longshoreman, diehard Habs fan, and a blues lover. He loved to discuss current events. Cremation has taken place, and there will be no visitation or service per his wishes. A private family celebration of life will take place in the future.
