On Sunday, April 30, 2023 our beloved Phyllis passed away quietly in her home. She was born on May 31, 1947, in Estevan, Saskatchewan to her late parents Florence (nee Brownlee) and Frank Bellamy. She is now reunited with her loving husband Norman Jowett. She will be dearly missed by her beloved sister Deborah Bellamy, brothers Douglas (Janine) Bellamy and Donald (Barb) Bellamy. She leaves behind her children Kristine Gauthier (Jerry Woloschuk), Ryan Forrester (Elizabeth Boutasis-Cronk), and Tracey (David) Newbold. She also leaves behind 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She was a strong independent woman and lived her life her way. She wrote this quote in one of her books -
" I love and approved myself exactly as I am" well said -
