Steven Andrew Johnathon Creighton passed away peacefully October 21st, 2020 at Hamilton General Hospital in his 29th year. He is survived by his parents Rick and Liz Calder, his other dad Brian Cochrane, his siblings, Kevin Cochrane, Hunter, Kendall, and Synclair Calder and many other loving family members and friends.
Steven loved life and said he wanted to make the world a more whimsical place. He believed the world needed more love, he championed for the vulnerable among us and was always there to be strong, and make friends and family smile during their darkest moments. He was an artist and a wonderful musician, bringing joy to the world.
He will be missed, and forever held in our hearts. The world was a better place with Steven in it.
Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of the CCU, and the caring support staff, at Hamilton General Hospital.
During these uncertain times we are not planning a memorial until his friends and family can gather together. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
