Linda Cino
Linda Cino
June 25, 1928 - September 7, 2016

Into the arms of the angels, at the age of 88, our precious mother, Linda Cino, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2016. She was surrounded by her loving family at the Bob Kemp Hospice following a short battle with cancer. She now continues her everlasting journey with our father and her beloved husband Carmen. She leaves behind her children Cina (Tom), Guy (Frances), Mardi (Angie) and Tinalynn. Loving grandmother to Jason, Stefanie, Jared, Austin and Marc. Predeceased by her parents Concettina (Vecchione) and Giacomo Colizza, joining her brothers Vincent and Samuel and sisters Victoria (Phillip) and Gloria Colizza. She leaves behind her dearest brother Mario Colizza (Monya) and sisters-in-law Velma Colizza (Vincent) and Jenny Colizza (Samuel) and brother-in-law Sam Cino (Judy). She will be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews and loving and loyal friends. The family sincerely thanks all who gave mom special care and attention during these past few months. Special thanks to Karen Wojcik, Julia Appleton and all the VON nurses that took great care to make our mother comfortable. We extend our sincerest thanks and great gratitude to all the wonderful caring staff of the Bob Kemp Hospice. Linda made her journey home in dignity and peace. A joyful celebration of her life will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church (50 Brucedale Ave. E.) on Saturday September 17, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. A reception will immediately follow the mass. Cremation has already taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Bob Kemp Hospice. Online condolences can be made at www.dermodys.com
"Into your hands we commend her spirit Oh Lord."
