It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Patricia McIntosh with her family by her side on October 17, 2016 at Juravinski Hospital. She will be missed by the love of her life James of 60 years. Loving mother of Tommy (Cindy), Mike (Cindy), Paul (Jeanette), Mark, Debbie (Reggie) and Lori (Todd). Beloved grandma of Christa, Brian, Christy, Jaime, Kevin (predeceased), Emily, Michelle, Brandon, Brett, Steven, Mark, and Alexandra. Survived by her sibling Rose (Brian), Paul, sister-in-law Hilda (the late George), brother-in-law Sonny (Glenna), and nieces and nephews. Patricia loved her Detroit Red Wings and Hamilton Tiger Cats, and was an avid sports fan. Special thanks to the staff at Juravinski, especially nurses Steph and Natalie.
Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME (796 Upper Gage Ave.) on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 6-9 p.m. with prayers at 8:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Margaret Mary Parish (20 Idlewood Ave.) on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery.
