SOLLIE, John
Passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness on Christmas Eve, 2016 in his 85th year at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Loving husband to Joan for 56 years. Dear father to Stephen (Jolantha), Glenn (Laura), and Ernst-Arvid (Marianne) in Norway. Survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Norway. He was an electrical contractor for many years who always had a project that he enjoyed working on in his spare time. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME (796 Upper Gage Avenue) on Saturday, January 14, 2016 from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family. www.dermodys.com
