Tony Lo Presti
Father Sullivan was one of a number of outstanding priests who taught students at Cathedral Boys’ High School. He was a great French teacher and I remember him encouraging me to continue studying French after high school because of my class marks. Although I didn’t follow his advice and pursued English literature instead, I emulated his encouragement to students when I became an English teacher. Of such incidental affirmations are educational memories often made! Rest in peace in God’s kingdom, Father Sullivan.
